dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social class in Louisa May Alcott’s novel little women published in 2020. This novel is about the differences of social conditions between the lower class and the upper class which has an impact on the protagonists. The social class include the differences between the lower class and the upper class and the impacts. This study is conducted to give an overview to all people about the impact of social class experienced by the protagonists. This study applies qualitative method which collects the data taken from the novel that have been read. The results show that there are impacts of social class. The impacts which can be found in the novel are bullying and jealousy. Keywords: lower class, upper class, bullying, jealousy, struggle. | en_US |
