Abstract

NPM : 7119021110, TITLE : Muroja'ah Model Learning Strategy and Its Influence on the Memorization of the Holy Qur'an Santri in Class VIII of Integrated Islamic Junior High School Baitul Qur'an Stm Hilir Academic Year 2022 – 2023, Supervised by: Drs. Parianto, M.Pd as Supervisor I, and Indra Suardi, Lc, MA as Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023 This study aims to determine the Learning Strategy of the Muroja'ah model and its Effect on the Memorization of Santri in Class VIII of the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Baitul Qur'an Stm Hilir for the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year. The formulation of the problem studied in this thesis is 1) What is the learning strategy of the Santri muroja'ah model in class VIII of the Baitul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School? 2) How does the muraja'ah model affect the memorization of the Holy Qur'an in class VIII of the Baitul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School? 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in memorizing the Qur'an for Santri in Class VIII of the Baitul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School? The research method used by researchers is a quantitative method that is descriptive. In this case, the researcher received the source of data through direct observation to the researcher's place, namely the Baitul Qur'an Integrated Islamic Junior High School and interviews with students and teachers in it. As well as other data sources obtained through various written works, books, journals and so on in accordance with the author's understanding of the muroja'ah method and everything related to the muroja'ah method. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t test formula, using SPSS 22 software there is an average difference from pre-test and post-test of -45,581, and has a calculated t of -55,676 and a significant value of < 0.001. The decisionmaking provisions of the hypothesis accepted or rejected are based on the magnitude of the significance value so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
