dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Name: ABDUL HAFIS, Number: 71200211101, Title: IMPLEMENTATION OF AQIDAH AKHLAK LEARNING IN FORMING STUDENT CHARACTER AT MTS YPK SIDOMULYO, MEDANG DERAS DISTRICT, BATU BARA DISTRICT. MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, is one of the religious education institutions, as according to the author, there are still many students who have characters that are not in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many students who often come to school late, do not greet them when they meet teachers and friends, there are still some who do not take part in ceremonies, morning exercises, struggle when teachers explain lessons and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of learning moral beliefs at MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency. To find out whether the implementation of learning moral beliefs can shape the character of students at MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency. To find out the inhibiting factors in implementing moral belief learning in shaping the character of MTs YPK Sidomulyo students, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency This research method is a qualitative method using interview data collection techniques with informants, school principals and moral belief teachers. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research illustrate that the implementation of learning moral beliefs at MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency is carried out in three ways, namely through the teaching and learning process in the classroom, through example from teachers and through advice from moral belief teachers as well as through punishments for students who violate the rules. The implementation of learning moral beliefs can shape the character of students at MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency. The change in student character after implementing moral belief learning is a change for the better, because the learning process, example, advice and punishment makes students have appropriate character. with the values of Islamic teachings. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning moral beliefs in shaping the character of students at MTs YPK Sidomulyo, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency. Internal factors, namely the age factor of students who are still unstable so they are still easily influenced and change the character of what is taught by the teacher.
