Abstract: Abstrac In the practice of buying and selling the active period of the data package, the buyer comes directly to the place. In that place the buyer can choose the data package that will be used and purchased. After finding the internet data package that you want to use, the buyer starts the transaction. The data package that the buyer will buy is the Telkomsel internet data package, where the seller says that the contents of the package are 30 GB then the active period on the starter pack is 2 months. . Items purchased at Alya Cellphone in Sitimmbaga Village, Kec. Halongonan Timur is a 30 GB Telkomsel internet data package which is stated on the packaging that the active period is 2 months and Indosat 3GB which has an active period of 1 month in the product. the seller and the buyer have made an agreement, then the consent and qabul occur at that place. The buyer gives money that is equivalent to the item and the seller gives the item that has been agreed between the seller and the buyer at one time at that place. In the analysis of Islamic law, the first thing to do in the buying and selling process is that the conditions that apply include 1. There are sellers and buyers, 2. The object of this sale and purchase is the active period of the internet data package, 3. There is a medium of exchange, namely money and objects the active period of the internet data package, 4. Buying and selling is done directly on the spot, 5. There is an agreement between the seller and the buyer.
