Abstract

ABSTRACT IMPLEMENTATION OF BUYING AND SELLING THROUGH THE DROPSHIPPING SYSTEM IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF FIQH MUAMALAH AT STORE ONLINE YOLLA SHOP DISTRICT MEDAN POLONIA CITRA NADILA NPM: 71190215031 This study aims to determine: 1). To find out the implementation of buying and selling through the dropshipping system in the perspective of fiqh muamalah at the Yolla Shop online store, Medan Polonia District 2). To describe the mechanism of buying and selling transactions through the dropshipping system in the perspective of fiqh muamalah at the online store Yolla Shop, Medan Polonia District. 3). To find out how the fiqh muamalah review of buying and selling through the dropshipping system at the Yolla Shop online store, Medan Polonia District. This research research used in this study is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The implementation of buying and selling through the dropshipping system in the perspective of fiqh muamalah, where buying and selling online is a transaction of exchanging goods carried out through electronic media using the help of an internet connection or online. Yolla Shop promotes his wares on his social media either in the form of Facebook, Tiktok or his Instagram. 2). The way to carry out online buying and selling transactions by dropshipping is by uploading interesting photos on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and then writing promotional sentences and including the WhatsApp number so that the customer can easily contact if the customer is interested and interested in the item being sold. is in the picture. 3). Islamic Law Review of Online Buying and Selling Transactions By dropshipping, this has been emphasized in the Qur'an and Hadith regarding the permissibility and things that are prohibited in these transactions, "Allah justifies buying and selling and prohibiting usury", and all forms of buying and selling transactions that contains elements of gharar (obscurity of goods being traded).
