Abstract: ABSTRACT Rizky Akbar, NPM: 71190312099, Title: The Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Medan Social Service Office, Supervised by: Dr. H. Nur M. Ridha Tarigan, S.E., M.M as Supervisor I, and M. Tahir, S.E., M.M as Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023 One of the efforts to improve employee performance is by paying attention to work discipline, work motivation and employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Medan Social Service Office partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data type by distributing questionnaires to 42 employees of the Medan Social Service Office. The data analysis method used is data quality test with validity and reliability test, classical assumption test with normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolonierity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test, F test and determination test. The results of the analysis show that work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Medan City Social Service office.
