dc.description.abstractABSTRACT NURUL AYU NABILA LUBIS, NPM : 71190312207 Title : The Influence of leadership style in career development on the performance employees on PT. Telkom Meda Area Cinta Damai. Guided by: Mr Dr. Supriadi.,S.E.,M.M.,M.Si as the first supevisor, and Mr Julkarnain S.Ag.,S.E.,M.M as the second supervisor. Thesis on 2023. This research aims to find whether leadership style in career development influences employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population is all employees in the PT. Telkom Area Cinta Damai work environment of 124 employees, and with data sample processed of 55 employees. The result of this research show that leadership style and development career together influence performance. Keyword : Leadership Style, Career Development, And Employee Performanceen_US
