PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KREATIVITAS TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU DI YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN IBNU HALIM TANJUNG MULIA HILIR

ABSTRACT Mita Zultiana, 2023. The Influence of the Work Environment and Creativity on Teacher Productivity at the Ibnu Halim Tanjung Mulia Hilir Education Foundation. Under the guidance of H. Bakhtiar, S.E.M.Sc., as supervisor I and Syafrizal S.E.M.M., as supervisor II. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the work environment and creativity influence teacher productivity at the Ibnu Halim Tanjung Mulia Hilir Medan Education Foundation, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample for this study were all 40 teachers at the school. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The data collection techniques used were direct interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research are that partially the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Productivity at the Ibnu Halim TanjungMulia Hilir Medan Education Foundation with a value of tcount > ttable, (2.407 > 1.68), the Creativity variable has no positive and significant effect on Teacher Productivity with tcount > ttable value, (1.075 > 1.68). Simultaneously, the Work Environment and Creativity variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Productivity with a value of Fcount > Ftable, (18.297 > 3.24). The R2 (RSquare) value is 0.497, which means that the Work Environment and Creativity variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Productivity at the Ibnu Halim Tanjung Mulia Education Foundation, Medan, amounting to 49.70%, and the remaining 50.30%, influenced by factors- other factors not studied.
