ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III (PERSERO) MEDAN NORTH SUMATRA Management Email : lufftishaqqas@gmail.com This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study was all 60 employees. The number of samples in this study was 60 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires which are distributed to PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this research uses SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this research prove that partially work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, just as job satisfaction is not significant on employee performance. However, simultaneously there is a significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan.
