Abstract: ABSTRACT Fanboy Kristono, NPM: 71180312181, The Influence of Career Development and Workload on the Performance of Lubuk Pakam Regional Disaster Management Agency Office Employees. Guided by Mr. Dr. Supar Wasesa, SE., MM as supervisor I, and Mr. Syafrizal, SE., MM as supervisor II, Skripsis – 2023 The formulation of the problem in this research is: How does career development and workload affect employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of career development and workload on employee performance. By using the total sampling formula, the sample consisted of 38 people. The research results show that; Career development partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Workload partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Career development and workload simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance.
