Abstract: ABSTRACT Desy Syafitri Tambusai, Npm: 71190312181, The Influence of Work Attitudes and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. Supervised by Dr. Supriadi, SE., M.M., M.Si as Supervisor I, and Julkarnain, S.Ag., SE., M.M as Supervisor II. The formulation of this research is how work attitudes and leadership styles influence employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work attitudes and leadership styles on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise Office, This research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 68 employees. Variables are measured using a Likert Scale. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis via the F test and t test. Simultaneous test results show that work attitudes and leadership styles have a positive effect on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise office. Partially, it shows that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise office. Work Attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Belawan Customs and Excise office. Keywords: Work Attitude, Leadership Style, Employee Performance.
