Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENT IN THE OFFICE KESYAHBANDARAN DAN OTORITAS PELABUHAN UTAMA BELAWAN ADINDA 71190312149 The achievement of good and maximum work results must be supported by a comfortable, safe and healthy work environment. A comfortable work environment for employees can boost their daily activities. However, problems were found with employees at the office Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Belawan, namely poor employee work performance. The aim of this research was to determined the influence of leadership style on employee achievement, to determined the influence of the work environment on employee achievement, to determined the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee achievement at the office Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Belawan. The population in this research was all employees and PPNPN at the office Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Belawan, totaling 203 people: The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique for this research used the SEM PLS application. Where the conclusions of this research proved that Leadership Style had a negative and insignificant influence on Work Performance at the office Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Belawan. The work environment had a positive and significant influence on work performance at the office Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Belawan.
