Abstract

Selfin Wibiansyah, Npm 71190313023, Hospitally Accounting In Cash Management At Cambridge Hotel Medan, Supervised by: Farida Khairani, S.E., M.Sc., as Supervisor I, and Lusi Elviani Rangkuti, S.E., M.Sc as Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023 Hospitality accounting is a form of financial reporting of all hotel accounting transaction journals within a daily time span or a certain period. As guidance material in the preparation and presentation of financial data and guidance covering the basics of financial accounting as in accounting systems in general. The purpose of this study is to determine the hospitality accounting system in cash management at Cambridge Hotel Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative method with description analysis, with data collection techniques using interview methods and literature study. The results of this study show that the hospitality accounting system and cash management at Cambridge Hotel Medan based on tests that can be concluded to have been effective by switching from a manual system to an automated system using a computerized accounting system so that it does not take a long time to present good financial statements and is in accordance with the right procedures.
