Abstract

Role of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) on Village Government Performance In Puraka Village 1 District Sei. Lepan Langkat Regency Dibimbing oleh : Henny Triastuti Kurnia Ningsih, S.E., M.Cs. selaku dosen pembimbing I, dan Nur Augus Fahmi, S.E., M.Cs. selaku dosen pembimbing II Skripsi : 2023 This study aims to determine how the management of the village financial system in the performance of village government in Puraka Village 1 Sei. Lepan Langkat Regency and also to find out whether there is an influence of the village financial system application on the performance of village government in Puraka 1 Village, Sei. Lepan Langkat Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research methods, this type of research is descriptive research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews. The data analysis process is carried out in several stages, namely examining all related data, in-depth interview results, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that the village financial system application has a positive effect on the performance of village government, from four indicators in the village financial system, namely planning, where planning in the village financial system application has a role in the performance of village government. Implementation, where the implementation of village finances using the village financial system application has a role in the performance of village government. Administration, administration has also been identified that administration in the village financial system application has a role in village government performance.
