Abstract: RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian UISU, Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Kota Madya Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian ± 25 m dpl dengan topografi datar. Penelitian ini di bimbing oleh Ibu Rahmi Dwi Handayani Rambe, SP, MP sebagai ketua dan Ibu . Ir. Rahmawati. MP sebagai anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian pupuk organic cair urin kelinci (POCuk) dan pupuk kandang ayam (Pka) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L) pada tanah Inceptisol. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu : 1. Faktor pertama adalah Pupuk Organik Cair Urin Kelinci (P) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu :P0 = 0 Kontrol, P1 = 100 ml/plot, P2 = 200 ml/plot, P3 = 300 ml/plot. 2. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk Kandang Ayam (A) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu :A0 = 0 g kontrol, A1= 0,5 kg/plot, A2= 1 kg/plot, A3 = 1,5 kg/plot). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong, Bobot polong ,bobot 100 butir dan Jumlah Bintil Akar Tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POCuk berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, Jumlah Polong, Bobot polong , bobot 100 butir dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah cabang tanaman kedelai . Pada perlakuan Pka berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah polong,bobot polong dan jumlah bintil akar , namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman , jumlah jumlah cabang dan Bobot 100 butir. Sedangkan interaksi aplikasi POCuk dan Pka tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi tanaman,jumlah cabang ,jumlah polong ,bobot polong dan bobot 100 butir, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah bintil akar tanaman kedelai. Kata Kunci : POCuk , Pka, Inceptisol SUMMARY This research was conducted at the UISU Faculty of Agriculture Experimental Garden, Gedung Johor Village, Medan Johor District, Medan Municipality, North Sumatra Province with a height of ± 25 m above sea level with a flat topography. This research was supervised by Mrs. Rahmi Dwi Handayani Rambe, SP, MP as chairman and Mrs. Ir. Rahmawati. MPs as members. This study aims to study the effect of liquid organic fertilizer for rabbit urine (POCuk) and chicken manure (Pka) on the growth and yield of soybean plants (Glycine max L) in Inceptisol soil. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors studied, namely: 1. The first factor was Rabbit Urine Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely: P0 = 0 Control, P1 = 100 ml/plot, P2 = 200 ml/plot, P3 = 300 ml/plot. 2. The second factor is chicken manure (A), which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely: A0 = 0 g control, A1 = 0.5 kg/plot, A2 = 1 kg/plot, A3 = 1.5 kg/plot ). Parameters observed were plant height, number of productive branches, number of pods, pod weight, 100 grain weight and number of plant root nodules. The results showed that POCuk administration had a significant effect on plant height, pod number, pod weight, 100 grain weight and had no significant effect on the number of soybean plant branches. In the Pka treatment it significantly affected the number of pods, pod weight and number of root nodules, but did not significantly affect plant height, number of branches and 100 grain weight. While the interaction of POCuk and Pka applications did not significantly affect growth, namely plant height, number of branches, number of pods, pod weight and 100 grain weight, but had a significant effect on the number of root nodules of soybean plants.
