Abstract: ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Indonesia yang terletak di kawasan iklim tropis sudah sejak dahulu memanfaatkan buah kelapa. Salah satu bahan masakan yang banyak dipakai di Indonesia adalah santan kelapa. Kebiasaan menggunakan santan kelapa sebagai bahan masakan, ternyata memiliki akibat buruk bagi kesehatan tubuh. Lemak nabati yang terkandung dalam santan kelapa perlu dipantau konsumsinya karena dapat membuat kadar kolesterol darah penikmatnya meningkat dan mengakibatkan hipertensi. Hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan namun dapat dikontrol melalui upaya pencegahan dengan perubahan pola hidup sehat dan mengkonsumsi obat anti-hipertensi. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan konsumsi makanan bersantan terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Sei Kera Hilir I Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan.mengetahui hubungan kejadian akne vulgaris terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswi. Hasil: Hubungan konsumsi makanan bersantan terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Sei Kera Hilir I Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan dengan subjek terbanyak pada usia >40 tahun sebanyak 54 orang (98,2%) dan mayoritas subjek berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 35 orang (63,6%). Pola konsumsi makanan bersantan di Puskesmas Sei Kera Hilir I Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan yaitu didapatkan frekuensi sering mengkonsumsi santan dan mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi sebanyak 37 orang (86,0%). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan konsumsi makanan bersantan terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Sei Kera Hilir I Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan dengan nilai kemaknaan nilai p=0,001 < p=0,05. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Tekanan Darah, Santan. ABSTRACT Background: Indonesia located in tropical climate area has been in advance of using coconut fruit. One of the most ingredients of the cuisine in Indonesia is coconut milk. The habit of using coconut coconuts as a cuisine, it has a bad consequence for body health. The vegetable fade contained in coconut milk needs to be monitored for consumption because it can make blood cholesterol levels of its advisors increase and result in hypertension. Hypertension becomes one of the diseases that can not be cured but can be controlled through prevention efforts with changes in healthy lifestyles and consume anti-hypertensive drugs Objective: There is a consciousness of food considering blood pressure on the hypertension sufferer in the pet stores of the sei counter I sub-district fields of struggle with the value of the destruction of P = 0.001 <p = 0.05. Result: Food consumption relationships dealing with blood pressure on hypertensive people in the lower region of sei monkeys report the battlefield of fight with the most subjects at age >40 years by 54 (98.2%) and the majority of females by 35 (63.6%). Food consumption patterns persist in the sei region of lower monkeys, which is a frequency of frequently consuming coconut sha and experiencing an increase in blood pressure on hypertensive people by 37 (86.0%). Conlusion: There is a relationship from the incidence of Akne Vulgaris against confidence in the student of the Faculty of Medical Medical Islamat North with the value of the p=0.00<p=0.05.
