dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu faktor dalam organisasi sebuah RSU yang harus mendapat perhatian pihak manajemen adalah kinerja karyawan. Kinerja (performance) merupakan hasil kerjaatau prestasi kerja. Kinerja mempunyai makna lebih luas, bukan hanya menyatakan sebagai hasil kerja, tetapi bagaimana proses kerja berlangsung. Kinerja adalah tentang melakukan pekerjaan dan hasil yang dicapai dari pekerjaan tersebut. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Bandung Medan Sumatera Utara yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan dan variabelvariabel stres kerja karyawan tahun 2023. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data responden yang terkumpul 164 sampel setelah kuesioner didistribusikan di RSU Bandung Medan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik total sampling dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Untuk menganalisis data, menggunakan Analisis perangkat lunak statistik SPSS. Proses pengolahan data berlangsung dalam dua tahap, yaitu pengujian dengan validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian model struktural dilakukan untuk menentukan pengaruh atau korelasi antar variabel menggunakan pearson. Hasil: Dari data hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawandan kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan: Hasil Analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan (nilai alfa 0,000 < 0,05).Stres kerja berhubungan kinerja karyawan dengan arah pengaruh negative, semakin tinggi stres maka kinerja karyawan semakin turun (nilai alfa 0,000 < 0,05).Variabel kepuasan kerja berhubungan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Kerja ABSTRACT Background: One of the factors in the organization of a public hospital that must receive attention from management is employee performance. Performance (performance) is the result of work or work performance. Performance has a broader meaning, not only expressing as a result of work, but how the work process takes place. Performance is about doing the work and the results achieved from the work. Objective: This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Bandung Medan General Hospital (RSU) in North Sumatra, which is influenced by the variables of employee job satisfaction and the variables of employee work stress in 2023. Method: The research method uses a quantitative approach. Respondent data collected from 164 samples after the questionnaires were distributed at RSU Bandung Medan. Data collection used a total sampling technique and the research instrument used a Likert scale. To analyze the data, use the statistical software SPSS Analysis. The data processing takes place in two stages, namely testing the validity and reliability. Structural model testing was carried out to determine the influence or correlation between variables using Pearson. Results: From the data analysis results concluded that work stress is related to employee performance and job satisfaction is related to employee performance. Conclusion: The results of the analysis conclude that work stress is related to employee performance (alpha value 0.000 <0.05). Work stress is related to employee performance in a negative direction, the higher the stress, the lower the employee performance (alpha value 0.000 <0.05).
