KARAKTERISTIK KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA MASYARAKAT DI UPT PUSKESMAS MEDAN SUNGGAL TAHUN 2022

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan manifestasi dari gangguan keseimbangan hemodinamik multi faktor pada sistem kardiovaskuler, sehingga mekanismenya tidak dapat dijelaskan secara tunggal. Hipertensi banyak kaitannya dengan faktor genetik, lingkungan dan pusat regulasi hemodinamik. Jika disederhanakan, hipertensi adalah interaksi curah jantung (CO) dan resistensi perifer total (TPR). Hipertensi merupakan penyakit terbanyak pada usia lanjut di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi 60,3% penderita. Hal ini, sangat mengkhawatirkan mengingat penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang menduduki tempat nomor satu penyebab kematian di Indonesia. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui karakteristik kejadian hipertensi pada UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan rekam medis dan perolehan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil: Jenis kelamin responden terbanyak adalah perempuan yakni sejumlah 42 responden (54.5%). Usia responden terbanyak yaitu didapati 32 responden (41,6%) yang berusia 46-55 tahun (masa lansia awal) yang mengalami hipertensi. Subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal yang terdiri dari 2 responden (2,6%) yang berstatus sebagai pegawai negeri, Terdapat 44 responden (5,7%) yang berstatus pegawai swasta, Terdapat 31 responden (4,3%) yang berstatus ibu rumah tangga. Dimana di dapati jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang. Kejadian hipertensi pada masyarakat di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal tergolong menjadi 2 yaitu hipertensi stadium 1 dan hipertensi stadium 2, Dimana didapati lebih banyak responden yang mengalami hipertensi stadium 1 yakni sejumlah 54 orang (70,1%). Kesimpulan: Kejadian hipertensi pada masyarakat di UPT Puskesmas Medan Sunggal didapati lebih banyak responden yang mengalami hipertensi stadium 1 yakni sejumlah 54 orang (70,1%). Result: The sexuality of the respondents is the woman of a number 42 respondents (54.5%).
