HUBUNGAN PERILAKU PERSONAL HYGIENE DENGAN KEJADIAN KEPUTIHAN DI SMA MITRA INALUM KECAMATAN SEI SUKA KABUPATEN BATU BARA TAHUN 2022

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pada remaja ada perubahan hormonal akan mengalami keputihan (flour albus) yaitu keluarnya cairan dari alat-alat genital yang tidak berupa darah. Dalam kondisi normal, kelenjar pada serviks menghasilkan suatu cairan jernih yang keluar, bercampur dengan bakteri, sel-sel vagina yang terlepas dan sekresi dari kelenjar Bartolini. Keputihan merupakan permasalahan klasik pada kebanyakan kaum wanita. Ironisnya kebanyakan wanita tidak mengetahui tentang keputihan dan penyebab keputihan. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku personal hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan di SMA Mitra Inalum Kecamatan Sei Suka Kabupaten Batu Bara Tahun 2022. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analitik dengan metode cross-sectional, dengan sampel berjumlah 81 orang yang diambil secara purposive sampling dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuisoner. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pengatuhan tertinggi atau baik sebanyak 72 orang (88,9%), responden dengan tindakan tertinggi atau baik sebanyak 71 orang (87,7%), responden dengan perilaku tertinggi atau baik sebanyak sebanyak 72 orang (88,9%), responden dengan kejadian yang mengalami keputihan sebanyak 52 orang (64,2%). Dari hasil Chi-square didapatkan nilai p – value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku personal hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan pada responden di SMA Mitra Inalum Kecamatan Sei Suka Kabupaten Batu Bara Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan :Berdasarkan jumlah responden, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku personal hygiene dengan kejadian keputihan pada responden di SMA Mitra Inalum Kecamatan Sei Suka Kabupaten Batu Bara Tahun 2022. ABSTRACT Background: In adolescents there are hormonal changes, they will experience vaginal discharge (flour albus), namely discharge from the genital organs that are not blood. Under normal conditions, the glands in the cervix produce a clear fluid that comes out, mixed with bacteria, loose vaginal cells and secretions from the Bartholin glands. Leucorrhoea is a classic problem for most women. Ironically, most women don't know about vaginal discharge and the causes of vaginal discharge. Objective: To determine the relationship between personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of vaginal discharge at Mitra Inalum High School, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency in 2022. Methods: This research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional method, with a sample of 81 people taken by purposive sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Research Results: Based on the results of this study, the knowledge or good attitude was 72 people (88.9%), the respondents with the highest or good behavior were 71 people (87.7%), the respondents with the action or good behavior were 72 people (88 .9%), respondents with incidents of vaginal discharge were 52 people (64.2%). From the Chi-square results, a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of vaginal discharge in respondents at SMA Mitra Inalum, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency in 2022. Conclusion: Based on the number of respondents, it shows that there is a significant relationship between personal hygiene behavior and the incidence of vaginal discharge in respondents at SMA Mitra Inalum, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency in 2022.
