dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Salah satu jenis rempah yang pemanfaatannya hingga sekarang masih sangat terbatas adalah andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp), suku Rutaceae yang merupakan bumbu masak khas batak. Buah Andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp) memiliki kandungan minyak atsiri dan telah diidentifikasi mengandung senyawa alkaloid, terpenoid, dan flavonoid yang mempunyai aktifitas antimikroba dan antioksidan. Tujuan : Mendeskripsikan gambaran umum terkait publikasi efek antibakteri ekstrak buah andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp). Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang sudah diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasil : Terdapat 14 Jurnal yang telah ditelusuri tentang aktivitas ekstrak tanaman andaliman, dan 6 jurnal berbahasa Indonesia dan 8 jurnal berbahasa Inggris yang di publikasi mulai tahun 2012 - 2022. Dari jurnal terseleksi 11 publikasi efek antibakteri dari ekstrak Andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) yang penelitiannya umumnya berasal dari Indonesia, selanjutnya 3 publikasi efek anti bakteri jenis lain dari Zanthoxylum yang berasal dari negara lain. Kesimpulan : Diketahui bahwa metode difusi cakram merupakan metode yang paling banyak digunakan. Staphylococus aureus dan Escherichia coli merupakan bakteri yang paling sering digunakan sebagai target uji aktivitas antibakteri dari andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp) menunjukkan bahwa hanya Staphylococus aureus, Escherichia coli, yang mempunyai data Kadar Hambat Minimum (KHM) terkait efek antibakteri dari andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp) Kata kunci : Andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp), Antibakteri, Aktivitas Ekstrak Buah Andaliman. ABSTRACT Background : One type of spice whose utilization is still very limited is andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp), tribe Rutaceae which is a spice Batak cooking. Andaliman fruit (Zanthoxylum sp) contains essential oils and excellent antibacterial properties. Andaliman fruit has been identified as containing alkaloids, terpenoids and flavonoids which have antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. Objective : Describe the general description regarding the publication of the antibacterial effect of andaliman fruit extract (Zanthoxylum sp) Methods : This research uses systematic review methods. The data used in this study comes from the results of research that has been carried out and published in national and international journals. Results : There are 14 journals that have been investigated on the activity of andaliman plant extracts, and 6 Indonesian-language journals and 8 Englishlanguage journals published from 2012 - 2022. From selected journals 11 publications of antibacterial effects of andaliman extract (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) The research generally comes from Indonesia, then 3 publications of antibacterial effects of other types of Zanthoxylum who come from another country. Conclusion : It is known that the disc diffusion method is the most widely used method, it is known that. Staphylococus aureus and Escherichia coli is the bacteria most often used as a target for the antibacterial effect of Andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp) showing that only Staphylococus aureus and Escherichia coli which has minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) data regarding the antibacterial effect of Andaliman (Zanthoxylum sp).
