dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang harus digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan menganalisis strategi bauran pemasaran (product, price, place, promotion) yang tersedia dari dalam perusahaan dan tempat penjualan. Penulis menggunakan riset pasar dengan membagikan dua kuesioner kepada perushaan distributor yaitu otten coffee dan excellso coffee. Penulis menggunakan metode Analysis SWOT yang dimana penulis melakukan penjabaran apa yang menjadi kekutan dan kelemahan produk kopi mandailing di penyabungan dan apa peluang dan ancaman yang didapat dari distributor yaitu Otten Coffee dan Excellso Coffee. Dan untuk mengetahui yang mana lebih dominan penulis membagikan dua penilaian yang dimana untuk Strength-Opportunity bernilai positif dan untuk Weakness-Threats bernilai negatif. Dan jika didalam penilaian tersebut penulis membuat tabel yang bernama tabel IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary). Tabel IFAS sendiri adalah tabel dari Strength dan Weakness dari data dalam perusahaan sendiri dan untuk tabel EFAS adalah tabel dari nilai Opportunity dan Threats. . Kata kunci: SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats), IFAS Dan EFAS (Internal Factor Analisis Summary And Eksternal Factor Analisis Summary).ABSTRACT This research aims to find out and analyze how marketing strategies should be used to increase sales. The sampling method was carried out purposively by analyzing the marketing mix strategies (product, price, place, promotion) available from within the company and sales outlets. The author uses market research by distributing two questionnaires to distributor companies, namely otten coffee and excellso coffee. The author uses the SWOT Analysis method, in which the author describes the strengths and weaknesses of mandailing coffee products at the branch and what opportunities and threats are obtained from distributors, namely Otten Coffee and Excellso Coffee. And to find out which one is more dominant the authors share two assessments where Strength-Opportunity is positive and Weakness-Threats is negative. And if in this assessment the author makes a table called IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) table. The IFAS table itself is a table of Strengths and Weaknesses from data within the company itself and for the EFAS table is a table of Opportunity and Threats values.
