SIMULASI PROGRAM APLIKASI EXCEL UNTUK MENENTUKAN LAMA ROL KERTAS DI GUDANG BAHAN BAKU

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini dirancang untuk membuat program lama rol kertas yang berada di gudang bahan baku PT Industri Pembungkus Internasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Secara garis besar tahap-tahap yang dilalui mulai dari pengambilan data rol kertas sampai dengan menggunakan rumus logika IF dan Days. Program aplikasi excel yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui usia atau lama rol kertas di dalam gudang didasari dengan adanya komplain pelanggang mengenai barang yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan kualitas yang disepakati. Setelah dilakukan penelusuran, komplain pelanggan disebabkan oleh warna cetakan tidak sesuai dan nilai Box Compression Test (BCT) tidak dapat. Hal yang disebutkan sebagai penyebab tersebut bersumber dari rol kertas yang digunakan pada proses produksi adalah rol kertas yang telah lama berada di dalam gudang. Dalam hal ini rol kertas dikatakan lama ada rol kertas yang telah 6 bulan di dalam gudang tetapi tidak dipakai atau di produksi juga. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan program yang dapat membantu operator dalam pengontrolan lama rol kertas di dalam gudang bahan baku PT Industri Pembungkus Internasional. This research is research development (Research and Development). Broadly speaking, the stages passed from collecting paper roll data to using the IF and Days logic formulas. The excel application program that functions to determine the age or length of paper rolls in the warehouse is based on customer complaints about the goods ordered not according to the agreed quality. After tracing, customer complaints were caused by the printed colors not matching and the Box Compression Test (BCT) values not being obtained. The thing that was mentioned as the cause came from the paper rolls used in the production process, namely paper rolls that had been in the warehouse for a long time. In this case, paper rolls are said to be old, there are paper rolls that have been in the warehouse for 6 months but have not been used or produced either. Therefore, a program is needed that can assist operators in controlling the length of paper rolls in the raw material warehouse of PT Industri Pembungkus Internasional.
