ANALISA PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE KAPABILITAS PROSES PRODUK SABUN MANDI DI PT ALLIANCE CONSUMER PRODUCTS INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengendalian kualitas pada industri sabun mandi sangat diperlukan termasuk pada produk cacat sabun mandi. Proses produk cacat sabun mandi pada PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia pada presos produksi menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Cp produksi sabun mandi didapatkan sebesar 3,77 dan nilai Cpk diperoleh sebesar 6,96 Lebih lanjut nilai indeks Cp dan Cpk yang didapatkan tersebut masih lebih dari satu menanandakan bahwa proses produksi masih berjalan dengan baik dan masih mampu menghasilkan produksi sesuai dengan spesifikasi perusahaan dan juga keingin konsumen. Selain itu telah dilakaukan pengujian statistika terhadap produk cacat sabun mandi dengan menggunakan atribut peta kontrol np bar dimana diketahui bahwa kualitas produk cacat dalam keadaan terkonrol atau dalam keadaan baik saja.
