PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN RSUD MUYANG KUTE BENER MERIAH

Abstract

ABSTRAK Vivin Fauzi Rizal, 71190312108, Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah, Dibimbing oleh : H.Bakhtiar, S.E.,M.Si, Pembimbing I dan Ismail Nasution, S.E.,M.M, sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi 2023 Setiap karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan efektif tetapi pada kenyataannya masih ada beberapa karyawan yang tidak bisa menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah, bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah, bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah berjumlah 176 orang dan sampel populasi berjumlah 64. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Metode pengujian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan siginifikan variabel stress kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah. Ada pengaruh positif dan siginifikan variabel komunikasi kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the effect of work stress on the performance of employees at the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Hospital, how the effect of work communication on the performance of employees at the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Hospital, how the influence of work stress and work communication on the performance of employees at the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Hospital. The population in this study were all employees of the Muyang Kute Bener Meriah General Hospital, totaling 176 people and 64 people are used as samples. This research approach is an associative approach with quantitative data types. The test method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of work stress on the performance variables of employees at Muyang Kute Bener Meriah General Hospital. There is a positive and significant influence of work communication variables on employee performance variables at Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Hospital.
