Abstract: | iv ABSTRAK Tiara Novita Sari, NPM: 71190312126, Pengaruh kepemimpinan, Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Dibimbing oleh: Bapak Dr. H. Nur M Ridha Trg, S.E., M.M selaku pembimbing I, dan Bapak Syafrizal, S.E, M.M selaku pembimbing II. Skripsi, 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kepemimpinan (X1), Reward (X2), dan Punishment (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Masterban berkat Indonesia Medan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu pusposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Taro yaname dan Slovin dengan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu 38 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 karyawan PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Dengan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Punishment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Secara simultan, variabel kepemimpinan, reward, dan punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Dan sebaiknya pimpinan PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan dapat terus mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan nilai-nilai baik dari segi external dan internal perusahaan khususnya pada kepemimpinan, reward dan punishment sehingga tujuan utama dari organisasi bisa tercapai. This research was conducted at PT.Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Leadership (X1), Reward (X2), and Punishment (X3) affect Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan either partially or simultaneously. The technique for taking the sample in this study was purposive sampling using the Taro yaname and Slovin formulas with the results obtained for 38 respondents. The population in this study amounted to 108 employees of PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. The data analysis in this study was quantitative using multiple linear regression methods and the data was analyzed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of this study indicate that leadership affects the performance of employees at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Rewards affect the performance of employees at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Punishment affects the performance of employees at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, reward, and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan. And preferably the leadership of PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia Medan can continue to maintain and even increase the values both externally and internally of the company, especially in leadership, reward and punishment so that the main goals of the organization can be achieved.
