dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Robby Pratama, NPM : 71200312165, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Inbound Sumatera Tour & Travel Medan. Di bimbing oleh bapak Dr. Supar Wasesa, SE.,MM sebagai pembimbing I, dan Bapak Syafrizal, SE.,MM sebagai pembimbing II, Skripsi - 2023. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan teknik Total Sampling maka sampel berjumlah 63 orang dan analisis yang di gunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 5,296 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000; Pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 3,622 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001; Disiplin kerja dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung sebaesar 28,784 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. The formulation of the problem in this study is: How does the influence of work discipline and training on employee work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and training on employee productivity. With the Total Sampling technique, the sample is 63 people and the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that; Work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee work productivity of 5.296 with a significance value of 0.000; Partial training has a positive effect on employee work productivity of 3.622 with a significance value of 0.001; Work discipline and training simultaneously have a positive effect on employee work productivity with an Fhitung value of 28.784 and a significance value of 0.000 Keywords : Work Discipline; Training; Work productivity | en_US |
