dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Rizka Almi Nadia, NPM : 71190312124, Judul : Pengaruh Seleksi dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Ibnu Aqil Mandiri Medan., Dibimbing oleh : Dr. Supriadi, S.E., M.M., M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Hj. Sri Elny, S.E., M.M sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh seleksi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh seleksi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 78 orang dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 orang dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu sumber yang dicatat langsung oleh peneliti melalui hasil kuisioner dan wawancara mengenai masalah-masalah menyangkut seleksi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Seleksi dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of selection and job placement on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job selection and placement on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study was 78 people and the samples in this study were 78 people using saturated sampling. The data source for this study used primary data, namely sources that were recorded directly by the researchers through questionnaires and interviews regarding issues related to selection and job placement on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that selection had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work placement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
