Abstract

ABSTRAK Nyimas Tamara Laviona, NPM 71190312015, Judul : Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT. Duta Abadi Primantara., Dibimbing oleh : H. Bahktiar., S.E., M.Si. Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Hj. Sri Elny., S.E., M.M. Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan paling penting bagi keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, mengingat sumber daya manusia merupakan penentu kegiatan perusahaan baik perencanaan, pengorganisasian, serta pengambilan keputusan. Bila dilihat dari produktivitas kerja, pendidikan yang tinggi akan memungkinkan produktivitas kerja yang tinggi pula. Pelatihan tenaga kerja sangat dibutuhkan perusahaan karena cakupan dan materi yang diberikan sudah terlebih daulu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan karyawan yang diharapkan akan dapat memperbesar produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dengan dorongan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan maka penulis mengangkat permasalahan mengenai “ PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. DUTA ABADI PRIMANTARA”. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode total sampling karena populasi yang ada pada perusahaan ini berjumlah 93 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Abadi Primantara. Variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Abadi Primantara dan variabel tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Duta Abadi Primantara. When viewed from work productivity, high education will enable high work productivity as well. Manpower training is really needed by companies because the scope and material provided has already been adjusted to the needs of employees which is expected to be able to increase employee work productivity. With the encouragement to find out more about the relationship between education and training on employee work productivity, the authors raise the issue of "EFFECT OF LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT PT. ETERNAL AMBASSADOR PRIMANTARA. The sampling technique used is the total sampling method because the population in this company is 93 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the variable level of education (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Eternal Ambassador Primantara. Job Training Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Abadi Primantara and the variable level of education and training on employee work productivity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.
