PENGARUH AKTUALISASI DIRI DAN PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI PT. DUTA ABADI PRIMATARA DELI SERDANG

ABSTRAK Liedya pratiwi. 71190312038. Pengaruh Aktualisasi Diri Dan Penghargaan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan di PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang, 2023. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui aktualisasi diri berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahui penghargaan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahui aktualisasi diri dan prestasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang, sampel sebanyak 35 orang pada bagian produksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengukur kevalidan dan reliabel, selanjutnya menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat secara simultan dan persial, dengan menggunakauji hipotesis berupa uji – t yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel – variabel bebas yang digunakan secara persial mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat dan uji – F digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel – variabel bebas yang digunakan secara simultan mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat. Koefisien determinasi yang mengukur seberapa jauh kemampuan model dalam menerangkan variasi variabel dependen. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 18.0. Secara persial (uji – t) Aktualisasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Penghargaan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Hasil pengujian signifikan simultan (uji – F) Aktualisasi Diri dan Penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pegawai PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. The Effect of Self-Actualization and Awards on Employee Work Achievement at PT Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang, 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-actualization on the work performance of employees of PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. To find out the award affects the work performance of employees of PT. Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. To find out self-actualization and work achievement affect the work performance of employees of PT Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. The population in this study were 93 people, a sample of 35 people in the production department. The data collection method used is a questionnaire using validity and reliability measuring instruments to measure validity and reliability, then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis which is used to determine the effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable simultaneously and persially, using hypothesis testing in the form of a ttest which is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables used are able to explain the dependent variable and the F-test is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables used simultaneously are able to explain the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination which measures how far the model's ability to explain the variation in the dependent variable. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS 18.0. Personally (t-test) Self-Actualization has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. Awards also have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of PT Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang. The results of simultaneous significant testing (F-test) Self-Actualization and Awards have a significant effect on employees of PT Duta Abadi Primantara Deli Serdang.
