Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai . Bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang pegawai.
