dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK LIDYA HARTONO, NPM :71190312048, Pengaruh Motivasi dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Tanjung Morawa. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Supriadi.,S.E.,M.M.,M.Si selaku Pembimbing I, serta Nur Augus Fahmi.,S.E.,M.CS selaku Pembimbing II, Skripsi 2023. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai . Bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how does motivation affect employees performance. How does the influence of communication on employees performance. How does the influence of motivation and communication on employees performance. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of motivation on employees performance. To know and analyze the effect of communication on employees performance. To know and analyze the effect of motivation and communication on employees performance. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The results of this study explain that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employees performance. communication has a positive and significant effect on employees performance. motivation and communication have a positive and significant effect on employees performance.
