Abstract: | i ABSTRAK Eka Sintya, NPM : 71190312050, Pengaruh Loyalitas Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Suryamas LestariPrima Kab. Deli Serdang. Dibimbing oleh Ibu Hj. Iriani., S.E., M.Si selaku Pembimbing I, serta Bapak M.Tahir.,S.E.,M.M selaku Pembimbing II, Skripsi 2023. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Loyalitas Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Suryamas LestariPrima Kab. Deli Serdang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Loyalitas Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Suryamas LestariPrima Kab. Deli Serdang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 58 karyawan di PT. Suryamas LestariPrima Kab. Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, realibilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Loyalitas Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai 0.530 dan nilai thitung > 6.388 > ttabel 1.673 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.001 < 0.05. variabel Komunikasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai 0.156 dan nilai thitung 1.932 > ttabel 1.673 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.059 < 0.05. Variabel Loyalitas Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung > nilai Ftabel dimana Fhitung sebesar 35.359 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 2.77. Nilai R square sebesar 0.426 sama dengan 42,6% variabel Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Loyalitas Kerja Dan Komunikasi Kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak di teliti. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Job Loyalty and Work Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Suryamas Lestari Prima Kab. Deli Serdang. The purpose of this study was to find out how much Job Loyalty and Work Communication have a partial and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. Suryamas Lestari Prima Kab. Deli Serdang. The population and sample in this study were 58 employees at PT. Suryamas Lestari Prima Kab. Deli Serdang. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies, while the data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that the variable Job Loyalty partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of 0.530 and tcount > 6.388 > ttable 1.673 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05. the variable of Work Communication partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance with a value of 0.156 and a tcount of 1.932 > ttable of 1.673 with a significant level of 0.059 <0.05. The variables of Job Loyalty and Work Communication simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with the Fcount > Ftable value where the Fcount is 35.359 greater than the Ftable value of 2.77. The R square value of 0.426 equals 42.6% of the employee performance variable which can be explained by the variables Job Loyalty and Work Communication, while the remaining 57,4% is explained by variables that are not thorough.
