Abstract: | ii ABSTRAK Dila Tsabitah Rambe, NPM: 71190312040, Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Samsat Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan. Dibimbing oleh Bapak H. Bakhtar., S.E, M.Si sebagai pembimbing I dan Bapak Syafrizal., S.E., MM Sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi, 2023 Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Samsat Kisaran, apakah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Samsat Kisaran dan apakah disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Samsat Kisaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, Untuk mengetahui kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Samsat Kisaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 orang pegawai pada kantor Samsat Kisaran. Teknik Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis linear berganda. Secara parsial bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Samsat Kisaran. Secara parsial bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Samsat Kisaran. Pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Samsat Kisaran Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Pegawaiiii ABSTRACT Dila Tsabitah Rambe, NPM: 71190312040, The Effect of Work Discipline and Compensation on the Performance of Samsat Employees in the Asahan District. Bakhtar., S.E, M.Si as supervisor I and Mr. Syafrizal., S.E., MM as Advisor II, Thesis, 2023 The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work discipline affects employee performance at the Kisaran Samsat office, does compensation affect employee performance at the Kisaran Samsat office and does work discipline and compensation affect employee performance at the Kisaran Samsat Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine compensation for employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Kisaran Samsat Office. This research uses descriptive analysis. The sample in this study were 40 employees at the Kisaran Samsat office. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis techniques. Partially, there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kisaran Samsat. Partially, there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in Kisaran Samsat.
