dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK Azka Reshaina Nasution, NPM : 71190312067, Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Sikap Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di RS. Mitra Medika Yos Sudarso Medan. Dibimbing oleh Bapak H. Bakhtiar.,S.E.,M.Si sebagai pembimbing I dan Bapak Syafrizal,S.E.,M.M sebagai pembimbing II, Skripsi, 2023 Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bagaimana pengaruh sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan sikap kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja dan sikap kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bakhtiar., S.E., M.Si as supervisor I and Mr. Syafrizal, S.E., M.M as supervisor II, Thesis, 2023 The formulation of the problem in this study is how work experience influences employee performance, how work attitudes influence employee performance, how work experience and work attitudes influence employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance, to determine the effect of work attitudes on employee performance, to determine the effect of work experience and work attitude on employee performance. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The results of this study explain that work experience has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
