PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, TRANSFER, DAN LAINLAIN PENDAPATAN YANG SAH TERHADAP TOTAL PENDAPATAN WILAYAH KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Transfer, Dan Lain-Lain Pendapatan Yang Sah Terhadap Total Pendapatan Wilayah Kabupaten Deli Serdang dibimbing oleh Zulkifli Siregar sebagai pembimbing I, dan M. Sahnan sebagai pembimbing II, Skripsi : 2023 Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Lain-lain Pendapatan yang Sah merupakan sumber pendapatan daerah sedangkan Pendapatan Transper adalah dana yang bersumber dari pendapatan APBN yang dialokasikan kepada Daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Total Pendapatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, (2) mengetahui Pendapatan Transper terhadap Total Pendapatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang (3) mengetahui pengaruh Lain-lain Pendapatan yang Sah terhadap Total Pendapatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang di Kabupaten (4) mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pendapatan Transper dan Lain-lain Pendapatan yang Sah berpengaruh terhadap Total Pendapatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang ternyata sebesar 78,6% karena koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan (R2 Adjusted) sebesar 0,786, dari ketiga variable bebas tersebur variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Total Pendapatan di Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah Lain-lain Pendapatan yang Sah, hal ini terlihat koefisiennya paling besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas dengan jenis penelitian metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan yang dianalisis bersumber dari website resmi Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 2.1. Hasil dari pengujian Regresi Linear Berganda ini menunjukkan bahwa Lain-lain Pendapatan yang Sah merupakan yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Total Pendapatan dengan koefisien 23.662, sedangkan nilai Pendapatan Transper (X2) sebesar 2.281 dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah 0.533. The Influence of Local Own Revenue, Transfers, and Other Legitimate Income on Total Regional Revenue of Deli Serdang Regency supervised by Zulkifli Siregar as supervisor I, and M. Sahnan as supervisor II, Thesis : 2023 Regional Own Revenue and Other Legitimate Revenue is a source of regional income while Transfer Revenue is a fund originating from APBN revenues allocated to the Regions. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the effect of local original income on the total income of Deli Serdang regency, (2) determine the transfer income of the total income of Deli Serdang regency (3) find out the effect of other legal income on the total income of Deli Serdang regency in District (4) knows the effect of Regional Original Income, Transfer Income and Other Legal Income has an effect on Total Revenue of Deli Serdang Regency which turns out to be 78.6% because the adjusted coefficient of determination (R2 Adjusted) is 0.786, of the three independent variables the variable that has the most dominant effect simultaneously on Total Income in Deli Serdang Regency is Other Legal Income, it can be seen that the coefficient is the largest. This study uses a causality approach with a type of quantitative research method. Data collection techniques use secondary data with secondary data documentation. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression with what was analyzed sourced from the official website of the Director General of Regional Government Fiscal Balance with the help of the SPSS version 2.1 program. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test show that Other Legal Income has the most dominant influence on Total Income with a coefficient of 23,662, while the value of Transfer Income (X2) is 2,281 and Regional Original Income is 0,533.
