Sahnan, SE.,M.M Selaku Dosen Pembimbing II, Skripsi: 2023 Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu seberapa besar kontribusi produksi padi, jagung, dan kedelai terhadap indeks ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan apakah produksi padi, jagung dan kedelai memiliki pengaruh terhadap indeks ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh produksi padi, jagung, dan kedelai terhadap indeks ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi produksi padi, jagung, dan kedelai terhadap indeks ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kuantitatif yang menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Regresi Data Panel serta Analisis Indeks Ketahanan Pangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di unduh melalui website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) terutama data produksi padi, jagung, dan kedelai serta indeks ketahanan pangan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Nilai f hitung sebesar 4,47 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,70 dan nilai probabilitas yaitu 0,0055 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang dimana artinya X1 produksi padi, X2 produksi jagung dan X3 produksi kedelai berpengaruh secara serentak atau simultan terhadap indeks ketahanan pangan (Y) serta terdapat hubungan signifikan. Tak hanya itu, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Indeks ketahanan pangan Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebesar 75,25% dengan nilai kontribusi produksi padi sebesar 44%, kontribusi produksi jagung sebesar 31% dan kontribusi produksi kedelai sebesar 25%. Sahnan , SE . , M.M As Supervisor II, Thesis: 2023 The formulation of the problem in this study is how big the contribution of rice, corn and soybean production is to the food security index in North Sumatra Province and whether rice, corn and soybean production has an influence on the food security index in North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to find out how rice, corn and soybean production influences the food security index in North Sumatra Province and to find out how much rice, corn and soybean production contributes to the food security index in North Sumatra Province. The analysis technique in this study is Quantitative Analysis using Classical Assumptions Test and Panel Data Regression as well as Food Security Index Analysis. The data source used in this research is secondary data which is downloaded through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), especially data on rice, corn and soybean production as well as the food security index in North Sumatra Province. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results of this study state that the calculated f value of 4.47 is greater than t table, which is 2.70 and the probability value is 0.0055 which is less than 0.05 which means X1 rice production, X2 corn production and X3 soybean production has a simultaneous effect on the food security index (Y) and there is a significant relationship. Not only that, this study shows that the food security index for North Sumatra Province is 75.25% with a contribution value of 44% for rice production, 31% for corn production and 25% for soybean production.
