Abstract: RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dalam Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Jalan Karya Wisata, Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada ketinggian tempat + 25 mdpl. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan bulan Pebruari 2022. Penelitian ini dibimbing oleh Ibu Rahmi Dwi Handayani, SP. MP. sebagai ketua pembimbing dan Ibu Dr. Ir. Murni Sari Rahayu, MP. sebagai anggota pembimbing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos kotoran ayam dan kompos kotoran cacing terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai varietas Anjasmoro di Rumah Kaca. Penelitian ini mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu kompos kotoran ayam dan kompos kotoran cacing. Faktor pertama yaitu: kompos kotoran ayam terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu :A1 = kontrol, A2= 25g/polybeg, A3 = 50 g/polybeg, dan A4 = 75g/polybeg. Faktor kedua yaitu: kompos kotoran cacing terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : C1 = kontrol, C2 = 2,5 g/polybeg, C3 = 5 g/polybeg, dan C4 = 7,5g/polybeg. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga,jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong per plot dan bobot biji kering per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos kotoran ayam berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong per plot dan bobot biji kering per plot tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap umur berbunga dan jumlah cabang produktif. Secara umum perlakuan A4 (75 g/polybeg) memberikan hasil yang terbaik. Pemberian kompos kotoran cacing berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah polong per plot dan bobot biji kering per plot tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap umur berbunga dan jumlah cabang produktif. Secara umum perlakuan C4 (7,5 g/polybeg) memberikan hasil yang terbaik. Interaksi antara pemberian kompos kotoran ayam dan kompos kotoran cacing tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati. Kata Kunci : Kompos Kotoran Ayam, Kompos Kotoran Cacing, Tanaman Kedelai iiv SUMMARY This research was carried out in the Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Jalan Karya Wisata, Gedung Johor Village, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province at an altitude of + 25 meters above sea level. This research was conducted from October 2021 to February 2022. This research was supervised by Mrs. Rahmi Dwi Handayani, SP. MP. as chairman of the supervisor and Mrs. Dr. Ir. Murni Sari Rahayu, MP. as a member of the advisor. This study aims to determine the effect of chicken manure compost and worm manure compost on the growth and production of soybean varieties of Anjasmoro in the Greenhouse. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two treatment factors, namely chicken manure compost and worm manure compost. The first factor is: chicken manure compost consisting of 4 levels, namely: A1 = control, A2 = 25 g/polybag, A3 = 50 g/polybag, and A4 = 75 g/polybag. The second factor is: worm manure compost consisting of 4 levels, namely: C1 = control, C2 = 2.5 g/polybag, C3 = 5 g/polybag, and C4 = 7.5 g/polybag. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, number of productive branches, number of pods per plot and dry seed weight per plot. The results showed that the application of chicken manure compost had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of pods per plot and dry seed weight per plot but had no significant effect on flowering age and number of productive branches. In general, the A4 treatment (75 g/polybag) gave the best results. The application of worm manure compost had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of pods per plot and dry seed weight per plot but had no significant effect on flowering age and number of productive branches. In general, the C4 treatment (7.5 g/polybag) gave the best results. The interaction between chicken manure compost and worm manure compost had no significant effect on all observed parameters.
