Purpose: To find out the Deskriptive Epidemiology of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Medan City in 2020. Methods: This research is descriptive in nature, cross-sectional design by means of total sampling with Data processing using univariate data analysis test. Results: Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that the spread of Covid-19 in medan has increased as well as decreased positive cases, the incidence rate of disease (cumulative incidence) has increased and decreased and the death rate (case fatality rate) has decreased until june 2021. Conclusion: The spread of Covid-19 has increased as well as decreased positive cases, recovered case and cases of death, the incidence rate of disease (cumulative incidence) has increased and decreased and the death rate (case fatality rate) has decreased.
