Global competition that are becoming increasingly intensive and an engineering improvement in various areas of a spark ideas change, who has made many companies cannot survive. The private or the government organization will seeking and oriented to the long term objective to increase the performance and the achievement of the vision and mission companies and to increase the employees welfare in order to serve the community in general. The employee performance is real behavior that is shown every single person and produced by employees in accordance with their role in agencies. The performance is also influenced by several factors good that deals with labor itself and an environmental component company or organization .A method of analysis that was used in this research was linear regression worship of idols. The analysis shows work discipline, career development and have had a positive impact and significant on performance.
