Abstract

ABSTRAK EGO APRIANDO, NPM : 71180312194, Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kepala Desa Tembung. Dibimbing oleh Dr.Eddy Suprayitno,SE.,M.M. sebagai Pembimbing I, serta Ismail Nasution,S.E.,M.M. sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi-2022. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Bagaimana pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Fasilitas Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Variabel di ukur dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji F dan uji T.
