STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BALANCED SCORECARD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KEUANGAN (STUDI KASUS UMKM FROZEN FOOD NABIL)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Riska Febrianti Hasibuan, NPM: 71180313038, Judul: Strategi Pengembangan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Balanced Scorecard Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Kasus pada UMKM Frozen Food Nabil), Dibimbing oleh: Sri Elviani, S.E., M.Si sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Heny Triastuti KN., S.E., M.Si sebagai Pembimbing II, Skripsi: 2022 UMKM Frozen Food Nabil merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan. Diharapkan dengan adanya alat bantu berupa Balanced Scorecard, pangsa pasar dan jumlah pelanggan dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Selain itu, pengukuran kinerja secara komprehensif yang memperhitungkan aspek keuangan dan aspek-aspek non keuangan akan membantu mengoptimalkan pencapaian pertumbuhan dan peningkatan kinerja badan usaha. Mengacu pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Frozen Food Nabil. Hingga saat ini UMKM Frozen Food Nabil belum menggunakan Balanced Scorecard untuk mengukur kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sistem pengukuran kinerja keuangan pada UMKM Frozen Food Nabil saat ini dan untuk mengetahui komponen-komponen pengukuran Balanced Scorecard apa saja yang telah diterapkan pada UMKM Frozen Food Nabil. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kinerja UMKM Frozen Food Nabil dengan menggunakan metode balance scorecard menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. It is hoped that with the tools in the form of a Balanced Scorecard, market share and the number of customers can be further increased. In addition, comprehensive performance measurement that takes into account financial aspects and nonfinancial aspects will help optimize the achievement of growth and improve the performance of business entities. Referring to the problems faced by UMKM Frozen Food Nabil. Until now, UMKM Frozen Food Nabil have not used the Balanced Scorecard to measure their performance. This research was conducted to find out the financial performance measurement system for the current UMKM Frozen Food Nabil and to find out what components of the Balanced Scorecard measurement have been applied to UMKM Frozen Food Nabil.
