Abstract

ABSTRAK Ayu Pratiwi, 71180313005, Judul : Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Karakteristik Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dibimbing Oleh: Ramadona Simbolon, S.E., M.Si, sebagai pembimbing I dan Yusrita, S.E., M.M sebagai Pembimbing II. Skripsi : 2022 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi dokumentasi yang mengumpulkan data dari laporan keuangan tahun 2018-2020 pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan uji data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan karakteristik perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Secara simultan bahwa keseluruhan variabel independent berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja Perusahaan pada Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel. Thesis : 2022 This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique used in this study is a documentation study that collects data from the 2018-2020 financial statements of consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is to test the data using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance has a negative effect on company performance and company characteristics have a positive effect on company performance in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the company's performance in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
