PENGARUH WAKTU DAN DOSIS PEMBERIAN PUPUK TRICODERMA SP TERHADAP BEBERAPA SIFAT TANAH DAN PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max) PADA TANAH ULTISOL

2 RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan Laut Tador Jalan Lintas Sumatera Utara, Kecamatan Laut Tador, Kabupaten Batu Bara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian ± 25 m dpl dengan topografi datar. Penelitian ini di bimbing oleh Ibu Dr. Ir. Murni Sri Rahayu, MP sebagai ketua dan Ibu . Ir. Rahmawati MP, sebagai anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pemberian Pupuk Trichoderma dan Waktu Pemberian terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L) pada tanah Ultisol. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu : 1. Faktor pertama adalah Pupuk Trichoderma (T) terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu :T0 = 0 Kontrol, T1 = 4 kg/plot, T2 = 8 kg/plot T3 = 12 kg/plot . 2. Faktor kedua adalah Waktu Pemberian (W) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yaitu :W1 = Saat Tanam W2= Satu Minggu Sebelum Tanam W3= Dua Minggu Sebelum Tanam. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman , jumlah cabang produktif, pH Tanah, Berat Kering Tanaman ,Serapan N, Serapan P dan Serapan K. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Pupuk Trichoderma berpengaruh nyata terhadap Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah cabang, pH Tanah ,Serapan N , Serapan K dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap Berat Kering Tanaman dan Serapan P. Pada perlakuan Waktu Pemberian berpengaruh nyata terhadap Tinggi Tanaman , namun tidak berpengaruh nyata jumlah cabang produktif pH tanah, Berat Kering Tanaman, Serapan N, Serapan P dan Serapan K . Sedangkan interaksi aplikasi Pupuk Trichoderma dan Waktu Pemberian berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman , Serapan N dan Serapan K. Kata Kunci : Pupuk Trichoderma , Waktu Pemberian, Ultisol 3 SUMMARY This research was conducted at the experimental garden of Laut Tador street of north Sumatera Batu Bara, North Sumatra Province with an altitude of ± 25 m above sea level with a flat topography. This research was guided by Mrs. Dr. Ir. Murni Sri Rahayu, MP as chairman and Mrs. Ir. Rahmawati MP, as a member. This study aimed to study the effect of Trichoderma fertilizer application and time of application on the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L) on Ultisol soil. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two factors studied, namely: 1. The first factor was Trichoderma fertilizer (T) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely: T0 = 0 Control, T1 = 4 kg/plot, T2 = 8 kg/plot T3 = 12 kg/plot . 2. The second factor is the time of administration (W) which consists of 3 treatment levels, namely: W1 = Planting Time W2 = One Week Before Planting W3 = Two Weeks Before Planting. Parameters observed were plant height, number of productive branches, soil pH, plant dry weight, N uptake, P uptake and K uptake. The results showed that the application of Trichoderma fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, number of branches, soil pH, N uptake, K uptake and had no significant effect on plant dry weight and P uptake. the number of productive branches soil pH, plant dry weight, N uptake, P uptake and K uptake. Meanwhile, the interaction of Trichoderma fertilizer application and time of application had a significant effect on plant height, N uptake and K uptake.
