ii ABSTRAK Alvin Alamsyah Nasution, 2022. Peran Kelembagaan Koperasi Unit Desa Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) dibawah bimbingan Bapak Prof. Dr. Ir. Tri Martial, MP selaku ketua komisi pembimbing dan Bapak H. Mhd. Ilham Riyadh, SP. M.Si selaku anggota komisi pembimbing. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan petani tanaman kelapa sawit Perkebunan Rakyat di Desa Siancimun, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, untuk mengetahui peranan Koperasi Unit Desa Siancimun, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara, dan mengetahui faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Perkebunan Rakyat Desa Siancimun, Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi, analisis Uji Signifikansi Parameter Individual, uji simultan dan uji R. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 341.480, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 7.369.973 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 7.028.493. Dan ada perbedaan pendapatan petani koperasi dan non keperasi dimana t hitung 2,591 > 2,056 t tabel. Variabel bebas yaitu faktor sosial (umur, pendidikan, dan tanggungan) secara serempak tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan , karena dalam kegiatan memproduksi yang terdiri dari tenaga manusia, dengan pemikirannya dan benda-benda yang diciptakan oleh alam (seperti tanah) atau oleh manusia (seperti peralatan Pabrik) yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan barang dan jasa itu yang diperlukan masyarakat. Dari UJI Regresi dengan Alat Bantu SPSS yang di tunjukkan/diperoleh oleh hasil Dummy dapat di simpulkan bahwa Peran Kelembagaan Koperasi Unit Desa terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Sawit ( Elaeis guineensis Jacq) sebesar thitung 2,591 > 2,056 ttabel bahwa Ada Perbedaan Nyata dalam mepengaruhi Pendapatan (Y) dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,554 secara dominan. Dengan demikian Anggota Koperasi diterima dan Non Anggota dengan ketentuan uji yang ada/dihasilkan yaitu: Fhitung 2,634 < 2,975 Ftabel Ditolak/Tidak berpengaruh maka kesimpulan yang didapatkan peneliti dari judul Peran Kelembagaan Koperasi Unit Desa terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kelapa Sawit ( Elaeis guineensis Jacq) yaitu Anggota Koperasi diterima dan menerima Non Anggota Koperasi atau H1 diterima dan menerima H0. Dan ditemukan bahwa dalam penelitian yang dipetakan terdapat klasifikasi yaitu anggota dan non anggota. selain itu dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor sosial sebagai mendominasi untuk diteliti. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani kelapa sawit tersebut ada perbedaan nyata tetapi cenderung mengikuti intensifikasi tertentu. The Institutional Role of Village Unit Cooperatives on the Income of Oil Palm Farmers (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ir. Tri Martial, MP as chairman of the supervisory commission and Mr. H. Mhd. Ilham Riyadh, SP. M.Si as a member of the supervisory committee. This study has a purpose, namely to determine the income of oil palm farmers in the People's Plantation in Siancimun Village, North Padang Lawas Regency, to determine the role of the Cooperative Unit in Siancimun Village, North Padang Lawas Regency, and to determine the social factors that influence the income of the People's Plantation in Siancimun Village, Kabupaten Padang Lawas. North Lawn Field. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis, analysis of Individual Parameter Significance Test, simultaneous test and R test. Based on the research results obtained production costs of Rp. 341,480, receipts of Rp. 7,369,973 and an income of Rp. 7,028,493. And there are differences in the income of cooperative and non-cooperative farmers where t count 2,591 > 2,056 t table. The independent variables are social factors (age, education, and dependents) simultaneously have no significant effect on income, because in producing activities consisting of human power, with their thoughts and objects created by nature (such as land) or by humans (such as factory equipment) used to produce goods and services that society needs. From the Regression TEST with SPSS Aids shown/obtained by the Dummy results, it can be concluded that the Institutional Role of Village Unit Cooperatives on the Income of Oil Palm Farmers (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) is tcount 2,591 > 2,056 ttable that there is a significant difference in influencing income (Y) with a beta value of 0.554 dominantly. Thus the Cooperative Members are accepted and Non-Members with the existing test conditions/generated, namely: Fcount 2,634 < 2,975 Ftable Rejected/No effect, the conclusions obtained by the researcher from the title of the Institutional Role of Village Unit Cooperatives on the Income of Oil Palm Farmers (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) are Members Cooperatives are accepted and accept Non- Members of Cooperatives or H1 is accepted and accepts H0. And it was found that in the research that was mapped there were classifications, namely members and non-members. In addition, in this study it was found that social factors dominate to be studied.
