ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS DISTRIBUSI BANSOS RASTRA COVID-19 DI DESA AEK LOBA KAMPUNG LALANG KECAMATAN AEK KUASAN KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tri Wahyu Latifah Sari, 7118011018, Analisis Efektivitas Distribusi Bansos Rastra Covid-19 Di Desa Aek Loba Kampung Lalang Kecamatan Aek Kuasan Kabupaten Asahan, Dibimbing oleh : H. Edi Sopian, S.E.,M.Si Sebagai Pembimbing I, dan Azhar Apriandi, S.E.,MM Sebagai Pembimbing II Efektivitas adalah pengukuran dalam arti tercapainya sasaran/tujuan. Sesuatu dianggap efektif apabila tercapai tujuan ataupun sasaran seperti yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Aek Loba Kampung Lalang Kecamatan Aek Kuasan Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah efektivitas distribusi Bansos Rastra pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 tepatnya di tahun 2020-2021. Dan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendistribusian Rastra di Desa Aek Loba Kampung Lalang Kecamatan Aek Kuasan Kabupaten Asahan. Sample atau responden yang digunakan adalah penerima Bantuan Sosial Rastra. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu memakai rumus sloving sehingga dapat 79 responden yang memenuhi kriteria wawancara. Objek penelitian ini adalah pendistribusian bansos rastra pada masa pandemi covid, penelitian ini dilakukan oleh peneliti mulai bulan November 2021 sampai dengan selesai, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regeressi linier sederhana., adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian ini terlihat dari nilai Sig.(-tailed) sebesar 0.000<0.05 maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan H0 ditolak, yang mengartikan bahwa pendistribusian bansos rastra pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Di Desa Aek Loba Kampung Lalang Kecamatan Aek Kuasan Kabupaten Asahan belum efektif. Something is considered effective if the goal or target is achieved as determined. This research was conducted in Aek Loba Village, Lalang Village, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency. The problem in this study is how the effectiveness of the distribution of Rastra Social Assistance during the Covid-19 Pandemic, precisely in 2020-2021. And the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of Rastra in Aek Loba Village, Lalang Village, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency. The sample or respondents used are recipients of Rastra Social Assistance. The method used in sampling is using the sloving formula so that 79 respondents can meet the interview criteria. The object of this research is the distribution of social assistance rastra during the covid pandemic, this research was conducted by researchers from November 2021 to completion, the data analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. (-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, then according to the basis of decision making H0 is rejected, which means that the distribution of Rastra social assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic in Aek Loba Village, Lalang Village, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency has not been effective.
