Abstract: | ABSTRAK Jalinan jalan Imam Bonjol dan Jalan Sisingamangaraja ini merupakan salah satu jalinan jalan (Bundaran) yang penting di kota Padang Sidempuan di karnakan kedua jalan tersebut termasuk jalan penghubung antara Sibolga, Sipirok dan Panyabungan (Lintas Sumatera). Berdasarkan pengamatan secara visual, diketahui bahwa tingginya arus lalu lintas dari arah sibolga dan panyabungan yang melewati bundaran ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kesemrawutan dan kemacatan. Dari kondisi ini dibutuhkan penelitian untuk mengetahui kinerja jalinan jalan pada kondisi eksisting dan kondisi apa bila di lakukannya perubahan pada jalinan jalan. Adapun Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja bagian jalinan (weaving area) dan volume lalu lintas saat ini. Penelitian yang di lakukan pada bagian jalinan ini yaitu dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer meliputi data volume arus lalu lintas dan hambatan samping. Sedangkan data sekunder meliputi data jumlah penduduk dan data geometrik pada bagian jalinan di bundaran tersebut. Dalam melakukan analisis, perhitungan berdasarkan metode dari Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, yang mana akan di hasilkan berupa volume, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian. Hasil analisis mendapatkan volume pada jam puncak terjadi pada hari Minggu sore hari pukul 17.00 – 18.00 WIB dengan nilai kapasitas jalinan AB = 2114 smp/jam, jalinan BC = 1971 smp/jam dan jalinan CA = 2201 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan jalinan AB = 0,96 , jalinan BC = 0,95 dan jalinan CA = 0,79. nilai tundaan bundaran rata-rata sebesar 18,34 det/jam dengan tingkat pelanan C. Peluang antrian bundaran terjadi antara 34% - 70%. Analisa kinerja jalinan jalan didapat bahwa tingkat pelayanan dari jalinan jalan Imam Bonjol dan jalan Sisingamangaraja berada pada tingkat D dimana kondisi arus lalu lintas mendekati tidak stabil pada saat jam sibuk. Kata kunci: Analisis jalinan, Derajat kejenuhan, Tundaan, Peluang antrian, Tingkat pelayanan ABSTRACT The link between Imam Bonjol and Sisingamangaraja roads is one of the important roads (roundabouts) in the city of Padang Sidempuan because the two roads include connecting roads between Sibolga, Sipirok and Panyabungan (Cross Sumatra). Based on visual observations, it is known that the high traffic flow from the Sibolga and Panyabungan directions passing through this roundabout can cause chaos and congestion. From this condition, research is needed to determine the performance of the road network in the existing conditions and what conditions when changes are made to the road network. This study aims to determine the performance of the section and the current traffic volume. The research that was carried out in this section was by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data includes traffic volume data and side barriers. While secondary data includes population data and geometric data on the interwoven section of the roundabout. In conducting the analysis, the calculation is based on the method of the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual, which will produce volume, capacity, degree of saturation, delay and queue probability. The results of the analysis show that the volume at peak hours occurs on Sunday afternoons at 17.00 – 18.00 WIB with the value of the AB linkage = 2114 smp/hour, the BC link = 1971 smp/hour and the CA link = 2201 smp/hour. The value of the degree of saturation of AB = 0.96, BC = 0.95 and CA = 0.79. The average roundabout delay value is 18.34 sec/hour with a slow rate of C. The probability of a roundabout queue occurring is between 34% - 70%. Analysis of the performance of the road network shows that the service level of the Imam Bonjol road and the Sisingamangaraja road is at level D where the traffic flow condition is approaching unstable during peak hours.
