USAHA PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS DENGAN PENDEKATAN GREEN PRODUCTIVITY DI CV. BUDI SURONO

Abstract

ABSTRAK CV. Budi Surono adalah industri yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan tahu yang beralamat di Mabar Pasar 1, Jalan Rumah Potong Hewan Lorong Rahayu, Medan Deli, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatra Utara. Perusahaan tempat penelitian memproduksi tahu dengan bahan baku kedelai. Selain tahu sebagai hasil produksi, terdapat pula hasil sampingan (limbah buangan) berupa limbah padat maupun cair. Dampak dari limbah cair tersebut dapat menyebabkan bau menyengat dan polusi pada air. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat membantu perusahaan agar mampu meningkatkan produktivitas sekaligus menurunkan dampak lingkungan adalah dengan model Green Productivity (GP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat produktivitas perusahaan, mengetahui Enviromental Performance Indicator (EPI) dan mengetahui alternatif solusi perbaikan dengan pendekatan green productivity. Hasil dari penelitian adalah analisis produktivitas Desember 2020 sebesar 221,06%, pada bulan Januari 2021 sebesar 229,94%, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 8,88%. Pada analisis EPI -33,294 yang berarti kandungan limbah tahu masih berbahaya terhadap lingkungan, dengan dilihat dari parameter COD, BOD, PH dan TSS. Solusi dalam mengatasi perbaikan produktivitas ada dua alternatif, dimana alternatif 1 pembelian mesin pengupas kedelai dan alternatif 2 membuat bak perendaman. Dari estimasi yang dilakukan tiap alternatif tingkat. Dan alternatif 2 terpilih dengan peningkatan produktivitas bulan Desember 2020 kondisi awal 221,06 % setelah perbaikan menjadi 225,96 % terjadi peningkatan 4,90 %, kemudian bulan januari 2021 produktivitas kondisi awal 229,94 % setelah perbaikan menjadi 233,99 % terjadi peningkatan 4,05 %. ABSTRACT CV. Budi Surono is an industry engaged in tofu processing which is located at Mabar Pasar 1, Jalan Lorong Rahayu Slaughterhouse, Medan Deli, Medan City, North Sumatra Province. The company where the research is producing tofu with soybean as raw material. Besides tofu as a product of production, there are also by-products (waste) in the form of solid and liquid waste. The impact of this liquid waste can cause a strong odor and pollution to the water. One approach that can help companies increase productivity while reducing environmental impact is the Green Productivity (GP) model. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of company productivity, to know the Environmental Performance Indicator (EPI) and to find out alternative remedial solutions using the green productivity approach. The result of the research is a productivity analysis in December 2020 of 221.06%, in January 2021 it was 229.94%, an increase of 8.88%. In the EPI analysis -33,294 which means that the content of tofu waste is still dangerous to the environment, as seen from the COD, BOD, PH and TSS parameters. There are two solutions in overcoming productivity improvements, where alternative 1 is purchasing a soybean peeler and alternative 2 is making a soaking tub. From the estimates made for each alternative level. And alternative 2 was chosen with an increase in productivity in December 2020, the initial condition was 221.06% after improvement to 225,96% there was an increase of 4.90%, then in January 2021 the productivity of the initial condition was 229.94 % after improvement to 233,99% there was an increase of 4.05%
