PENGENDALIAN RISIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA DENGAN METODE HIRARC DAN 5S DALAM PENEKANAN BIAYA OPERASIONAL DI PT. CITRA SAWIT INDAH LESTARI

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Citra Sawit Indah Lestari merupakan pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit yang menghasilkan produk CPO dan Kernel, dengan kapasitas olah 60 ton/jam. K3 adalah suatu pemikiran dan upaya untuk menjamin keutuhan dan kesempurnaan baik jasmani maupun rohani tenaga kerja pada khususnya dan manusia pada umumnya, hasil karya dan budaya untuk menuju masyarakat adil dan makmur. PT. CSIL sudah menerapkan K3 dan metode 5S diarea kerja. Tujuan dari peneritian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis bahaya, mengetahui cara mengendalikan risiko kecelakaan kerja, mengetahui nilai risiko dan mengetahui penerapan 5S pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode HIRARC (Hazard, Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, melakukan penilaian risiko dan pengendalian kecelakaan kerja. Dan Metode 5S digunakan untuk kebersihan area kerja, kerapian dan kedisiplinan karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa jenis bahaya seperti bahaya fisik dan bahaya kimiawi yang sering terjadi. Ada 39 risiko yang teridentifikasi pada stasiun loading ramp, rebusan dan klarifikasi. Dari 39 risiko yang ada, untuk basic level terdapat 1 risiko pada kategori acceptable, 7 risiko pada kategori priority 3, 5 risiko pada kategori priority 1, 20 risiko pada kategori substansial dan 6 risiko pada kategori very high. Setelah adanya pengawasan K3 pada perusahaan diperoleh existing risk pada kategori acceptable terdapat 1 risiko, kategori priority 3 terdapat 10 risiko, priority 1 terdapat 4 risiko, kategori substansial 18 risiko dan kategori very high terdapat 6 risiko. Selanjutnya hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai penerapan 5S dengan 55%. Dapat diartikan penerapan 5S pada perusahaan cukup baik, tetapi masih membutuhkan perbaikan dan pengawasan. K3 is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical and spiritual labor in particular and humans in general, the results of work and culture towards a just and prosperous society. PT. CSIL has implemented K3 and 5S methods in the work area. The purpose of this research is to find out the types of hazards, to know how to control the risk of work accidents, to know the value of risk and to know the application of 5S in the company. This study uses the HIRARC (Hazard, Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method to identify hazards, conduct risk assessments and control work accidents. And the 5S method is used for the cleanliness of the work area, neatness and employee discipline. From the research results, there are several types of hazards such as physical hazards and chemical hazards that often occur. There are 39 identified risks at the ramp loading, decoction and clarification stations. Of the 39 risks, for the basic level there is 1 risk in the acceptable category, 7 risks in the priority 3 category, 5 risks in the priority 1 category, 20 risks in the substantial category and 6 risks in the very high category. After the K3 supervision at the company, the existing risk in the acceptable category has 1 risk, in the priority 3 category there are 10 risks, in priority 1 there are 4 risks, the substantial category is 18 risks and the very high category has 6 risks. Furthermore, the results of observations made obtained the value of 5S application with 55%. It can be interpreted that the implementation of 5S in the company is quite good, but still requires improvement and supervision.
