Abstract

ABSTRACT Protagonist Social Class is a story about protagonist Rachel, who is someone who is at the middle social class level and gets the impact of her boyfriend's family who is at the top social class level. The novel "Crazy rich asian" by Kevin Kwan tells the story of social class criticism that occurs when people in the middle social class get a lover from the upper social class. This study uses qualitative research methods or descriptive methods because this method describes the nature or events in humans and qualitative research as research that is used to examine human and social problems.
